RG: What made you decide to get involved in charity projects?
MB: The reason why I got involved in philanthropy is because of my mother’s philosophy of life and how important it was to give back in any way you could.

RG: Who or what inspires you the most?
MB: What inspires me the most is to make people around me happy and to help someone who need a helping hand to better their lives.

RG: Can design change someone’s life?
MB: Yes, I believe that design can change people’s lives.
Making a place beautiful, homy and cozy, makes people feel relax and secure and that makes all the change in someone state of mind.

RG: How important is a safe home for children?
MB: It’s extremely important to have a safe place for the children to whom we give the therapies they need, but also for their family, to feel that are welcome and it feels like a home and not just a hospital.
This is why we designed the Casa Global Gift thinking on having a Home and not a clinic.

RG: A colour Maria Bravo would choose to paint the interiors of her Casa Global Gift?
MB: We wanted to make it look colorful and happy! To do that we choose to do the walls off white and add colors in the furnitures and all the items to do therapies.

RG: How COVID-19 is affecting your charity work and what can people do to support?
Covid 19 its affecting everyone, specially the foundations, because they need more help than ever but we can’t fundraised through the galas.
We have created an initiative online and live streaming to fundraised and be able to sustain the foundations we support.
